There are sofa sleepers in all of the rooms (no extra charge to add people to a room) and there is a pool and spa on site. They do have a fitness center, but it is limited; it has a treadmill, elliptical and some weights. They do offer the YMCA passes ($2) which is across the street, for a better variety.
